I’m at the stage of life where I need to wear wicking clothing as pjs. Last night was awful. Tonight, I’m in my wicking workout clothes to sleep. Hoping it helps with night sweats.

It’s a gorgeous day earlier. Nice and sunny. Tomorrow, Texas shuts down for the next 3 days due to ice and freezing temps. That’s Texas life.

Me. Russel is super respectful. After being out of town for 5 days, I came home, got in bed, and started work stuff. This cutie patootie came and sat right by my leg. He waited until I cleared my leg off and then he politely laid on my lap😍

I am so fucking proud of myself! I’ve been working through my AFRID for two years. I went from eating no fruits and veggies ever to this today. Caveat, I still eat mostly like a toddler, but I’m so proud of myself this. Bonus, I loved it!Kale, edamame; cashews, sunflower seeds, almonds, with ranch.

Mr Russel has been following me all around the house meowing telling me to park it so he can get cuddles. And done. He was contently asleep and some how sensed I had my camera out…

I tried really hard to have a very simple outline for this book. But had to scrap it all bc the creative forces decided to go in a completely different direction. So back to discovery writing it is. It’s hard not knowing what’s next but it beats putting effort into something I ultimately scrap.

Mr Russel thinks he can take over my seat. Why yes, yes you can. I’ll just sit on the floor and work.
