in my opinion, its more of a gradient between tabloid slop that only uses politics to piss people off, with no ideology, 'left' wing newspapers that believe in a 80s, anti woke socialism, and the most popular ones which are actually fascist.
Also is it just me or are British papers sorted into two kinds: fascist and open about it, and fascist but hiding behind a veneer of respectability?
basically imagine a country where every niche reactionary subculture that in america has like a twitter page and /pol/ board, has managed to gain actual traction with a unsettling percentage of the nation, and you get the UK
