Long time Quartzsite resident Marilyn McFate will turn 95 years young on August 11, 2025. There will be a "Happy Birthday Marilyn" Celebration at the Ladies Lunch Tuesday, August 5th at the Quartzsite Community Center. Lunch is at noon. $15/person. Sharing your "Marilyn Stories" are welcome.

-10am Wed., July 2nd the public is welcome to attend the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony @ Town Park. (Splash Pad won’t be open to the public until 5pm on July 4th.)
-5pm Friday, July 4th, the public is welcome to the Grand Opening of the brand-new Splash Pad.

La Paz County Sheriff continues to search for Cornelia Jane “CJ”, who has been missing since 2/27/25. She was last seen in the area of 69th Street in Bouse, AZ. A witness who stated she intended on leaving the area. Please report any tips or sightings to La Paz County Sheriff’s Office 928-669-2281.
