I think that this is the first time in America's history of law enforcement that those that are rounding up and arresting people might have existing criminal priors in contrast to those that they are arresting. So much the GOP decades of bullshit about law and order. #FOH

Was on X to witness the daily right-wing circle jerk. And came across a psot now accusing Candace Owens of being (get this) an "British MI5 asset". As a former US federal officer that is now working with national security in the UK, I find that as a hard sell. The folks here have higher standards.

Imagine my surprise a few days ago, on my way to Lambeth and dealing Trump in town. Yes, just when I thought I left this tosser (my growing Britspeak) back in the US, his bullshit still shows up and f*cks with us expats. My friends at work treated me to some pints, last evening. Loving England.
My TFL commute was a bit off today. The Northern line was not running so my commute into Lambeth was hybrid (folding bike/red buses). On the bus it occurred to me what today is. The anniversary of 9/11 where we lost a lot of good folks in NYC, PA and VA. I am across the pond, but I still feel it.

As I cycle through the streets of London (on my Citizenbike) and travel the TFL, I am thankful that I now reside in a country where healthcare is actually taken seriously, whilst back in my country of birth there is Florida and RFK. And yes, I tell folks in the UK that I am Canadian. #FOH
