Streamed some Marvel Rivals soloq and I have mixed feelings. I love the game but maybe I need to start using vc more but also is that what quickplay is for? Is vc only for comp/ranked?

Been sick for the last three weeks (runny nose, runny eyes, breathing through nose has a sharp pain) and I don't know what I'm supposed to do now...I can't go to the doctors because obviously they don't want my contagious ass there so...do I just...live like this for the rest of my life?
