Anybody have experience doing a morphological annotation for an entire dictionary for a low resource language? (Like doing morpheme segmentation and underlying forms before morphophono rules)?

I noticed Armenian ASR (automated transcribers) has issues with cliticization. The phrase “I’m a doctor” is /doktor em/ where the /em/ is a clitic and resyllabifies: [dok.to.rem]

The orthography uses a space before the clitic <doktor em>. But the transcriber keeps doing <dokto rem>. Cute huh?

Do you put boundaries at prosodic pauses?
if the utterance is 5 sec long, is it kosher to break it into smaller chunks by looking for word initial stops?
