I started the month of with the modified #NanoWriMo goal of writing every day. Have I done it? Nope, but I have written more than I have in ages. Also, I am letting go of perfectionism. Get the draft down without concern for quality—it can be fixed later! #writingcommunity

I am so tired of the stigma surrounding Ozempic et al. Yes, I need it for T2D but it has changed my life in terms of weight loss. If you have never lived with food noise than I am very happy for you—you are lucky. I have lost 24% of my body weight by silencing the noise.

Nothing great has ever been created when it is made with the goal of appealing to a particular group. IE. "I want to win an award so I will do this." "I want a bestseller so I am switching to this genre."

I just finished another door I was working on before the commissions came in. This is hands down my favorite.
