Hopefully the lawsuits against Republican measures such as the freezing of federal funds have an impact. In supporting these actions, Republican leaders have shown they don't care about children, as Head Start and school meals rely on this money.

Gearing up to start teaching about WWII next week. Feels FAR too timely and relevant in today's world.
I have family who were imprisoned in the camps. My grandfather was a marine at Guadalcanal and Tarawa. We were not supposed to be facing this shit again within 2 generations.
