I fear my coworker who is in the long-range planning section with me is nearing the end stages of a 7 month-long crashout that basically started when I was hired l and I may have to shoulder a lot of work soon if this ends with them quitting or being fired

I went 14 months between cons, and in that space I noticed that GFM was by far the most diverse con I have ever attended. The number of women, BIPOC furs, and kids was effectively equal with the historical monolith of white, male, adult furs. I hope this is the future of the fandom
