As a child our home was under the flight path into Hamble (Southampton) aerodrome (used to train military pilots) - a daily reminder that in war Southampton took a massive beating - RIP the many who suffered. Glad my grandparents survived to tell me.

Coming to the view one should just check social media once a day, just like when one used to read a newspaper.
Perhaps that is what most people will revert to, once the relative novelty of this medium wears off.

🚢 We will be welcoming cruise ships to our great city on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday this weekend and Red Funnel are expecting above average travellers throughout the weekend.
