I see Honest Bob Jenrick has a new little video attacking barristers for representing unpopular clients.

Once again for those at the back:

Lawyers are not their clients.

Which is how, when Jenrick broke the law in government, he had lawyers to defend him.

As a child our home was under the flight path into Hamble (Southampton) aerodrome (used to train military pilots) - a daily reminder that in war Southampton took a massive beating - RIP the many who suffered. Glad my grandparents survived to tell me.
Men of the Green Howards preparing their rifles at Southampton on 3 June 1944. This photo was taken on this day 81 years ago. Three days later they would help take Gold Beach on D-Day. Most of the infantry who took Gold and Juno beaches embarked at Southampton.

Attending court - should your participation trump etiquette?
Not only do our courtwatchers send us detailed reports of their observations, they also have excellent ideas for how to make our courts better.

Coming to the view one should just check social media once a day, just like when one used to read a newspaper.

Perhaps that is what most people will revert to, once the relative novelty of this medium wears off.

And people will post accordingly.
