I just changed my name and was about to get an X passport but I thought this might happen and that we would be targeted so I paused at that change. There is so much, each day with this f*ck, that affects so many but my heart is broken 💔 for all of the trans and nonbinary kids watching this happen.

In my professional capacity I see people in the ceramic field wanting to work in isolation, at home, and without others, sometimes because they have the privilege to do so and sometimes because for them the fear of working together is greater than the fear of what happens when we don't.

David Lynch was right about the safety of a diner in the neon lights and shared experience away from the dark. It isn't that the dark doesn't exist...it's quite the opposite. It is visibility in the invisible not unlike being trans or being queer.
