Today at the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve.

Somehow, even in the non-rainy season, the non-tidal marsh on Jefferson Blvd. (west of Playa Vista detention basin) has so much ponded water. 💦 💧

(note: w/no bulldozers or other industrial equipment having entered the ecological reserve here!)
