We're disappointed by today's decision. For nearly a century, the Supreme Court's precedent has recognized Congress's power to create independent agencies that serve the public interest. That precedent remains the law of the land and we will continue to defend it.

So excited to see my good friend David Seligman jump into the race for Colorado AG. He's never run for office before but he's spent his career fighting for workers and consumers and against monopolies and abuses of corporate power. He's the real deal!

As a tiny firm, we're proud to go up against corporate giants--and even prouder to keep scoring wins for our plaintiff and public interest clients.
