One idea I had was collabs with travel influencers and UGC itineraries. Might need affiliate compensation but with the right positioning, maybe not (leaning on the thought leader angle).
But that's way in the future, rn I just want the app to run reliably lol

Endgame is centralized place for trip mgmt + proactive outreach ("flowers are blooming a 15min drive from you, go see")

That's the plan. I like researching trips. I don't like hunting down IG accounts to find upcoming parties/concerts/events or getting somewhere & finding out trains shut because of a strike.

Sort of. They tend to hallucinate + give generic suggestions. Might as well go to TripAdvisor and sort by most popular.
