I wanted to practice my printing process ahead of filling orders so, I drew up a simple design and made this diaper. I'm really excited to get back to making diapers and to hearing from people who bought them. This print doesn't have a name.

Cut a slit in the plastic backing, below the rear waistband.
It needs to be wide enough to shove the "boosters" inside.
Turn the diaper upside down, and very gentle insert your hand between the plastic backing and fluff. Go all the way to the other side, slowly to avoid damaging the fluff.

The latest version of the poofers diapers includes updated elastics for better comfort and leak protection, a new blue rapid absorption/dispersion layer, a softer fluff pulp layer, and a super fluffy/bouncy 3rd layer that becomes extra squishy.

Update: I moved from TN to the PNW. I am working on setting up my new workspace. I am having to get a part time job to fund filling my back log of orders (╥﹏╥). I'm broke, but orders will be fulfilled. Anyway, check out these experiments:

I have been doing some experiments with elastics and absorbent core styles. Multiple thinner elastics in the leg gathers and leak guards seems to pull against the body more snuggly without uncomfortable pressure points. And.....

I updated my design for the absorbent cores of my diapers. They are slightly thinner, but are more comfortable. The layer that touches your skin is softer. I used a SAP infused polyfill 4th layer from my older designs combined with the super fluffed pulp 3rd layer from my more recent design.
