In Germany we don't say "I'm going to drink alcohol".

We say "Ich römer mir jetzt achtarmig einen hinter die Rüstung" and I think that's beautiful.

Here are the final images of my version of Vermeers "Girl with a Pearl Earring". I call it the "Cat with a Pearl Earring"
It is a modern photorealistic interpretation, but I tried to use the same pigments Vermeer used in 1665.
I hope you like it :)

I got my hands on pink LEDs that give off a beautiful, soft light. So sweet! The lamp is powered by a cable with a USB plug. With a standard cell phone charger it can be plugged in anywhere!

On a light green background stands a rather dark piece of driftwood on which I have modeled three mushrooms. They have pink caps and white stems. The wood is decorated with lichen and moss. The same three mushrooms, but in complete darkness. The caps glow pink because there are LED lights underneath them.

I love photographing and I wanted to try something new. I'm a big fan of deep sky photography so I tried it. This is a stack of 53 images with 10s exposure time.
Unfortunately, I took the photo directly opposite the Milky Way. xD
