Full time weirdo, part time LARPer.
The math is a bit wonky in the middle segment, but a very important point, that when existing and maintaining your life takes energy, you CANNOT spend ALL that energy on work and expect to survive. That the amount ANY person is able to do needs to cover life in a work/life balance (and fun too!)

Seems like a solid plan... seems like a good idea to invest in research into the vast amount of problems we have at the moment even if there wasn't a sudden availability of skilled candidates to tempt across the Atlantic.

Personally if there was a discussion on whether I'd just performed a Nazi salute I'd probably avoid saying that it's a bad thing that academics were writing about antisemitism in the 1940s.

The next Summer Olympics will be held in Los Angeles, California in 2028 (Trump is excited about this).

Perhaps those in the international stage will boycott the American Olympics for its human rights atrocities if things continue on the path they’re going. . .

Support each other, no matter what is happening around us. We exist outside of programming. In the streets, online, with our wallets, with our words, with our might.

Following the WESC session on the puberty blocker evidence Base.

Good to see actual experts answering questions, all medically factual and accurate (to my kniwledge) so far.

Giordano has had a poke at failings of Cass as well.

Lawmakers buying Meta stock then banning TikTok is a conflict of interest.

When we do it it’s “insider trading” and we go to prison

When lawmakers do it they get paid.

The data is coming from inside the post...
Unfortunately too often the case that when non-men and/or non-neurotypicals express themselves SOMEONE has to try and invalidate them. Most men are lovely but dammit there's always THAT GUY. The devil doesn't need more advocates, he has a legal team.
Me: this is my lived experience, _______ was harmful to me, and _______ is how it harmed me.

Some random person online: do you have any data to support your claims?

Feeding the bees! Glad they're still in there (as it has been cold and they weren't coming out and it was a bad idea to go letting drafts in checking on them too often). Hopefully next year I won't need to, as now I have them home I am going to be more restrained on my honey harvesting. #beekeeping
