On the recommendation of the psychiatrist who assessed me for ADHD, I’ve been referred for an autism assessment. Still bemused by the 32 years between my children’s diagnosis & the prospect of my own. And so very tired.

Here’s a poem about masking. It was recently published in The Jawbone Journal.

It's January in the UK and I spotted all of these ladybirds on a stretch of wall today at Snuff Mills in Bristol.

Tell me again how #climatechange is a hoax.
