Recovering from the absolute worst case of the flu. The state of our world is not helping.

First post. The past few days have been so depressing and scary. I am pretty isolated. I've been recovering from a terrible case of the flu. Which exacerbates the isolation and loneliness. I am happy to be here! Positive steps!
