The Norwegian Nobel Committee made it clear that while a laureate can physically give away the medal or other physical items, that does not make someone else a Nobel Peace Prize winner. The official title and recognition remain tied to the person the committee originally selected.

My day started with a snow squall, and moved on to a circus workshop where I got to work on my rusty juggling skills, and got to play with a Diablo (Chinese yoyo) again! It's been years!
