Donzo has been our lead tour guide since we first hit the streets back in 2013. 🚶🚶🚶
Here's a wee video where he explains how growing up in #Belfast during the #Troubles and working in conflict resolution led to him becoming the UK's top tour guide. 🏆

Growing up in Belfast in the 1970s, Halloween meant trying to carve a raw turnip into a lantern, binbag costumes, sweaty plastic false faces and indoor fireworks (we weren’t allowed the real ones, for obvious reasons). And we loved a good ghost story too!

Jamesy is giving up the drink for TWO MONTHS to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation. Here he is enjoying his last pint at the Duke of York yesterday!

Please support him in this great cause - hopefully Belfast's night time economy will survive...

A year ago today, Mylie started working with us as a guide. Since then she's become a real hit with our guests and we are very lucky to have her on our team. She's really broken the mould in terms of what people expect a Troubles tour guide to be! Here's to many more years of working together! 😊🎉

If you are in #Belfast this weekend, I highly recommend the 1798 tour. It’s a part of Belfast’s history that doesn’t get the attention it deserves, but it is very much part of the “story” of this wee place.
Don't forget, this Friday at 7pm, join our guide Colin Shaw at Henry's Bar for a lively and engaging history talk about Henry Joy McCracken, the radical thinker and United Irishman. And there are still a few places left for his tour on Saturday too!

Congratulations, #Belfast. #CultureNightBelfast was really enjoyable. I attended @dctoursbelfast.bsky.social presentation at Henry’s. It was great to see quite a crowd stop and take a listen about Henry Joy and Mary Ann McCracken. I ❤️ Belfast for events like this - it’s part of its special energy.

This morning Donzo took a group of international students from the QUB AHSS Summer School out on our 'Best of Belfast' tour.

It's the perfect introduction to our city, so if you know someone who needs to get their bearings in Belfast, send them our way!
