Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.

1st day to work after a long hiatus--furlough, surgery, PTO!!! Like, don't get me wrong. I enjoyed every minute (minus the furlough) of it and I do love my job but....

UPDATE: the @laborcaucus.house.gov has officially endorsed the Shutdown Student Loans for Feds Act that @alsobrooks.senate.gov and I introduced to help federal workers make ends meet during government shutdowns!
