Painful reading, but the tip of the iceberg I suspect. Such a simple requirement - share the data - hampered by fears of oversharing and competing factions of 'how' to share the data.
Another article in the paper my dad read and saved for me today. Heart wrenchingly sad stories of lives lost because our tech set up is appalling. We have to do better.
