I love my Aura ring. Being AuDHD, I don’t always feel stress but automatically adapt and keep going. But after a migraine all last night, the data told the story: high stress for days. A quiet reminder that even when my mind absorbs it, my body doesn’t escape it and Aura records it.

We don’t have too many severe storms here, but massive wind storm and can actually feel the floating home move…knocked the power out to the whole neighborhood. Wakey-wakey!
