Homemade alternative vs hitting up WingStop and spending $$.

I've been trying to make the conscious decision to make homemade alternatives to any fast food meals I may be craving at the time.

This helps to save $$ and cut back on calories, fat and sodium but not completely denying myself some comfort food.
