A 4pt buck stood there as my spaniel ran up to it, out in the woods, expecting a chase. The dog stopped about 2 ft away. The buck slowly put its head down to sniff and my dog sniffed back. This lasted 10 seconds or so. Then my dog walked away. Has anyone seen this before?
