Sure I agree the Dodgers should be favored but the Jays shouldn't be the biggest World Series underdog in decades just because of all the money that came in on the Dodgers. People need to calm down. The Jays are tough.
Feel free to ignore any column guaranteeing the Dodgers will sweep the Blue Jays. It's clickbait/rage bait/salary cap bait.

The Blue Jays are best offensive team 1-9 that the Dodgers will face in playoffs, esp if Bichette is back and healthy. Yeah their pitching isn't great but Vlad Jr., you guys.

This review will be worth following. The statutes haven't been touched in many years because participants in governance are very touchy on some campuses. Changing "he" to "he or she" will be the easiest part.

$1 billion for skills but no reference to publicly supported colleges and universities. C+U can get funds only if they partner with an eligible entity. The current national crisis would be a good time to heal the rift between the government and public higher education
