Finally, the data(below)! Anger is an important signal. But once identified, we should politely dismiss the messenger (angry feelings), identify origins, and get into the best mind/body space to solve or adapt. I wish I had this article when my housemate tortured us for months with scream therapy!

Love is not trite; it fills one with might!
All the wisest agree, love begats apogee.
It begins when you and I view the world as “we”.
To love is to know, and to know is to see.
I love you, seek to see you, by this I am free.
