I’ve spoken to a few Russians and pro-Russia Europeans in recent weeks. They tell me that Russia hasn’t committed its best troops or its most lethal missiles… that’s why progress is slow.
I wonder what they’re waiting for, and what will be the deciding factor in deploying them?
