Something beyond the scope of the paper but still important is that the tools for getting critical IMF financial data haven't been updated since the Netscape era.

The data is de jure public but mostly unusable for systematic analysis.

Some promising improvements, but then also "Continue the MAC SRDSF’s special deletions, on a temporary basis, pending further experience with the application of the SRDSF framework."
My first post is on a seemingly dull and procedural but practically highly important IMF policy that I worked on for the last year: the "Transparency Policy" (TP), which was reformed for the first time in more than a decade. A very brief overview.
