My lower back was being. Bit of a jerk today. I was icing it for a bit this afternoon, when the ice pack ruptured all over my clothes, a pillow and the couch. Ugh!

I learned two shocking things this evening. Number one, Elon Musk has Canadian citizenship! Number two, there is a petition out there, already signed by thousands of Canadians, to have his citizenship revoked! How do we sign?!?!?!

One of the worst things about living with LEMS is the occasional extreme muscle pain. With me, it’s usually in my legs or feet. Tonight I had a double whammy. It started with my left quads and then a second later, twice as painful, right quads. Thankfully, Rod rushed to get water and heating pads.
