Well said. When process and independence are ignored, trust disappears. Real integrity is sticking to principles even when the personal cost is high.

I think the point here is about international law and sovereignty. If every country could arrest foreign leaders based on its own laws, it would create chaos and endless retaliation.

That list just shows heās switched party affiliations several times over the years. It doesnāt automatically explain his beliefs, but it does show his political alignment hasnāt been consistent.

This is a really complex issue. Religion and skin color shouldnāt determine whose suffering matters. Human lives should come before politics or resources

I get that feeling sometimes it really does seem like progress, then itās back to mixed signals. I wouldnāt get too optimistic yet WaPo has a habit of teasing change.
