I went to a bookstore and a 50 thousand word paperback novella was $17 USD
Most books were easily over $35
I don’t begrudge anyone for making a living, but I think self-published authors are selling themselves short when they charge a dollar for an ebook

Novel November starts with twenty-four thousand words.
I am going to continue a rewrite of a novel that I mostly finished this year.
My goal is really to have 2nd draft of a novel that a beta reader might be happy to read.

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is real.
I am still writing but most my writing occurs between eight PM and midnight.
If SAD wasn’t real, geese, butterflies, and hummingbirds wouldn’t fly south for the winter.
