I may or may not have done something "dangerous" (this is a #crowupdate by the way).
This morning, I saw the "south crows" (a different species from Mr and Ms Crow, and they're not friends at all) coming to the park to antagonize "my" crows again.

I really need to talk to the neighbor. She's […]

This may be the longest video I have posted online. It's not the best, though. But if you want to see me and hear me talking while venturing into the wild side (literally) of my favorite island, this is for you.

I don't remember the exact date, but I'm pretty sure this week is the third anniversary I started befriending the #crows in my neighborhood.
So extra peanuts were given this morning to celebrate (also and mostly because it's winter and cold).

As always, Ms […]

Good morning. (well, it was sunny an hour ago, but clouds are here now).

By the way, the other day we discussed with the light on the water was so special in winter, hypothesizing it was because of temperatures, chemistry of the air when it's cold and […]

This. Except I'm not a big fan of the stickers (well, I'm not with Lego sets either).

I think I'll keep my love of building toys and my love of Pokémon separate.

(Well, that Eevee is tempting, but still overpriced despite being the […]

LOL.
It's true that this expression is not the best. Beside the NSFW possible interpretation, the metaphor is just not obvious right away.
Turns out, I have been using Cory's "Reverse Centaur" expression a little bit too liberally around polite company:

I'm sure Linux would have a much bigger user base if harcore fans learned a few communication skills for communication with non-nerd regular people when they're talking about Linux. Just saying...

Alright, the family laptop (used 99% of the time by my wife, so it kinda is hers) is on Linux.

Now, I recently got a drawing tablet for my daughter. She didn't want an actual tablet (too small according to her) but one you plug on a computer (I approve, it was half the price). So, to prevent […]

RE: https://todon.eu/@CORVUSPHERE/115880362379152906

I love all corvids (except the couple of large-billed crows that come and wreak havoc in my neighborhood and mess with "my" crows" at time), but I must admit that in terms of appearance, rooks got screwed by evolution. I'm sure their ugly […]

Yes, Japan has its problems, like many other countries, but I must admit that having a three-day weekend just one week after being back to work from New Year's break is priceless.
And one of my personal privilege? I don't work Tuesdays, so that's a four-day weekend for me (well, I still need to […]

The worst part of people constantly talking about ICE, even non-Americans (why? non-Americans ? Don't you have anything better to talk about?) is that you can't even mute the keyword. But I guess I'll have to, so sorry if I miss your posts about the winter Olympics or your favorite frozen sweet […]

That's it.
I deactivated my four main Twitter accounts (I used to separate language of use and topics on Twitter).
They'll be dead in exactly a month.

(I still have some old accounts that were inactive even back when I used it daily, I don't think I need to bother with those)

Damn I wanted to shut down my Twitter accounts today (I never did it, I just left without looking back), but apparently, I need the app on my phone to login.

Is it worth it to reinstall the app even for an hour just for that?

#crowupdate I hadn't seen the crows in a few days ( knew they were fine, peanuts were eaten daily on the balcony), and since last night it's been extremely windy (the horrible winter wind coming from Korea or even Siberia). Not an ideal day for birds, and especially crows.
However, late this […]
