I live right by Tottenham Stadium, and they are gearing up for a big event tomorrow, and have been blasting out "In the Air tonight" by Phil Collins..I assume to test the PA at full concert volume. Was indifferent to the song before, but up loud it sounds incredible. Amazing production on it.

Cielo has won the Grand Prize for Best Film at the ARFECINE film festival in Buenos Aires! It also picked up the best actor prize for Fernando Arze Echalar who was magnificent in it, and I'm really happy his performance is getting recognition.

Having had time for many re-listens for the songs to settle in, the new #Cardiacs album LSD really is great stuff... tracks that didn't connect fully immediately start to unfurl and reveal their beauty...tracks that felt slight on first listen show their depth...such a rewarding listen.

Think I just saw Ron Perlman coming out of the Paddy Power on Tottenham High Road. Seems unlikely...anyone know if he's got a soft spot for sticking a few quid on the gee-gees?

As a challenge of my transcribing skills I wrote out the insane section from #Cardiacs "Skating" - which was surprisingly enlightening. There's a lot of structure and thematic development there for a section that is pretty much too dense to comprehend as audio/a human😅 #LSD
