Cities in Washington are turning off surveillance/ALPRs because they can’t ensure it wont be accessed by feds. This after a UW report that fed agencies accessed 18 cities’ data, often without knowledge. wild

i'm just finishing shipping off 10 ultrawide monitors, here's what i think. Dell is making some great professional monitors, but the real good deal right now is the OLED Alienware ultrawide for around $650

It cannot be overstated how much this moment, in which a propaganda platform owned by the richest man in the world is setting the political agenda for the party in power, is abetted by the decline of good journalism that can properly hold power to account.
