Heretical take: Super Metroid made with Dread's engine and mechanics would actually be the untouchable masterpiece most consider Super to be. This is NOT to say that Super Metroid isn't as good as we think. It is. But it could be even better.

It's interesting to me that, this year, Wizards has Magic sets for Final Fantasy, Avatar the Last Airbender, Spider-Man, and Assassin's Creed. Some of my all time favorite IPs. And yet, it's the Pokémon TCG that I'm seriously considering jumping into.

It's interesting to me that, this year, Wizards has Magic sets for Final Fantasy, Avatar the Last Airbender, Spider-Man, and Assassin's Creed. Some of my all time favorite IPs. And yet, it's the Pokémon TCG that I'm seriously considering jumping into.

I hate gen AI. I've got a whole bunch of trainings to do, and of course they all have AI avatars now. And wouldn't you know it, every single one that's darker than a certain shade is British rather than having a voice appropriate to their appearance.

Look at my beautiful blue boy! This is my first actual shiny hunt that I put real effort into, and I'm so happy with the results. I found him in Ultra Moon, and it took just over an hour, with an SOS chain of 80 and no shiny charm.

This one is too easy. For one thing, people love to say "New Orleens", which a local can tell you is only appropriate in music to better fit rhyme or rhythm. It's "New Orlens", spoken smoothly instead of breaking the word up.
