Billionaires and Millionairs are not self made people they exploit those that that work for them. If they've taught me anything is that they're most certainly not taxed hard enough. I propose all Billionairs are taxed at a starting 50% rate based upon their wealth and assets.

Played my second game w/ the Imperial Guard and I'm going to change up how I make my army lists but Im also making a to buy list as I'm seeing with a 1000 points I'm severely underpowered vs say anything with power armor or supported by chaos #warhammer40k #krieg #warhammer40000 #miniaturepainting
