I just read an article about air traffic controllers resigning at a rate of 10-20 per day, and I was reminded of @lastweektonight.com 's piece on ATCs from earlier this year and how extremely relevant it has become. If you haven't seen it yet, you REALLY should, even if you're not American.

I just read an article about air traffic controllers resigning at a rate of 10-20 per day, and I was reminded of @lastweektonight.com 's piece on ATCs from earlier this year and how extremely relevant it has become. If you haven't seen it yet, you REALLY should, even if you're not American.
As a European resident, I shouldn't have to be as invested in American politics as I am, but it does still warm my heart to see that the US *can* make good choices for itself. A major win for the people tonight.

As much as I enjoy Star Wars and want to financially support its further development, I cannot abide by Disney unceremoniously cancelling a comedy show because the FCC rattles their sabers. Until Jimmy Kimmel is reinstated, I will not be paying for Disney+ any more. Don't capitulate to tyrants!

As a sporadic bout of nostalgia I am currently rewatching Disney's Hercules, and I have to say, there really is no other depiction of pure, unbridled explosive rage quite like Hades when he gets bad news.
While the rest of the gaming world is busy with #Silksong, I've been playing #HellIsUs, and I'm having a really good time with it (at least whatever you can consider a "good time" with a game that depicts a modern civil war between two people with centuries of hatred and scorn for each other).
