Last week's interesting thread for me was this blog post from the creator of ClawdBot / Moltbot / OpenClaw. It's helpful to see developers pull back the curtain on what they are doing to push Agents and help them build software.

Here's a thread from Hacker News that caught my eye. A user asks COBOL mainframe maintainers whether AI is impacting their jobs. news.ycombinator.com/item?id=4667...

I feel that the mass of code that actually runs the economy is remarkably untouched by AI coding agents.

If you use Apple's Foundational Models inside the Shortcuts App you may find the responses generic. That's because language models on device hit hardware limits.

To solve, you can switch to using Private Cloud Compute in a couple of taps. Resulting in more accurate responses!

Building your own Generative AI workflows on your iPhone is simple as a few taps using the Shortcuts App.

Super useful if you're looking to prototype what is possible using Apple's foundational models without writing a line of code.

Been playing around with iOS 26 recently. I was pleasantly surprised at how accessible Apple's Language Models are using the Shortcuts App. So much so I thought it was worth writing about in a short post. 🍎

Initial thoughts on AndroidXR are positive. Very quick to get setup with a fresh project and the emulator does a good job of providing feedback. 🥽

Will carry on playing and see how far I get.💡
