What can you tell me about the meteoric rise of 17 year old Royals pitcher Kendry Chourio? He has now played in the DSL/Arizona league/Low-A in the same season. How often does that happen?

Both ESPN and the athletic have Lugo ranked higher than Kelley on their trade deadline rankings.

Yeah, but that is mainly from Eric at FG ranking those guys down a ways. Add Kiley at ESPN and it would look better (esp. for Hammond). I'm meh on the Gamble pick and really like the Hammond pick.

Yeah, the option adds some risk but, at this point, the SP trade market looks quite thin. Love for the Royals to get back in the race, but, it not, would be well positioned. Would love to get Boston to build a package around Jhostynxon Garcia.

If the Royals sell, they might have the best rental SP on the market

India 3B/Garcia 2B? Why not swap those two since they each have far more experience at the other position?
