Ran for 30 mins continuous today. First time I’ve ever done that in my life.
Cringe but honestly feel like I’ve unlocked a new level to life since these surgeries and it feels good 🥹

Well, it was pathetic and presumably hilarious to see, but I ran for the first time since I’ve had these surgeries. It was about 30 seconds and v uncomfortable but progress at LAST 😭😭

Never going to a gym in west London again, everyone was at least 6ft 4’, both skinny but insanely muscular with arms bigger than my neck… was extremely humbling 💅 we really all are on our own journeys xxxx
