Victor is an amazing candidate! His work teaches us how to think about uncertainty at the micro-level and its implications for aggregate (e.g., macro) questions. The JMP is like that, but also the fantastic paper he has with Martin Almuzara! All departments should look at him.
How should we think about estimation uncertainty of heterogeneous responses when the sample is a large fraction of the population?
