Zack Finfrock (Organizer) 57 mins I'm taking a moment this morning to mourn the state of things. It's no surprise that everyone is struggling. The fact we have to help each other so directly because the systems built have failed us so terribly, should be reason alone to change things. And yet each year, each month, each day we move forward because our own literal survival is still paramount. Thank you to those who have donated. I personally know how hard it is to try and support others while you yourself struggle. Waking up each day, not knowing if you'll have a meal or a roof over your head is luckily something most don't have to deal with yet. For the forgotten and lost, it's just Another Day in Paradise.

Go fund me update part one: Today by Zack Finfrock, Organizer Happy Friday everyone. Today's update starts off with good news; after a few let downs and low moments, we've been able to secure a job for Dan that has the potential to finally bring in some version of an income! Best part is it is with me over at Pinfinity, so I know this opportunity is real. Now the main goal is to keep Dan under a roof with wifi so he can do this new job. We are still in desperate need of a room or housing in general, as all funds sinking into motels continues to be one of the biggest obstacles at the moment. Go fund me update part 2: We still take any and all support, be it direct or via donations to this fund. It is all going in the right direction, just need to push a little bit further.

I'm unable to communicate well now because of the sheer psychological damage this situation has wrought. Letting @zackfinfrock.bsky.social's words tell it. Link in the replies if you can help.
Go find me campaign update reads: Updates (14) August 8th, 2025 by Zack Finfrock, Organizer Well talk about a rollercoaster of events for one week. The job that Dan was offered earlier this week has been rescinded because he does not have an active CA License or registration for his car. This was not brought up during his multiple contacts and interviews. It wasn't until afterwards that this became an issue. They want him to spend $600+ on getting things in order while seemingly ignoring the fact he's going to be on the streets this weekend if things don't change. And to top it all off, this was all with United Way, the agency he went to seeking assistance. They asked him to apply. How does the system built to help the homeless not understand this situation? We will continue to try to get Dan and his boys into a safe place. Please reach out if you have space.
