China zegt Oekraïne helpen met hun energievoorziening. Uiteindelijk is China de enige die Rusland écht onder druk kan zetten. Daarom zouden gesprekken over een duurzame vrede niet tussen Rusland en de VS moeten plaatsvinden, maar tussen de EU en China.
