After the DNC sent a letter warning of potential NVRA violations, DOJ and the NC Board of Elections recognized that they can’t disenfranchise NC voters in federal elections. A win for the DNC and democracy! www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

This essay is a perfect encapsulation of why my time for nonpartisan service in the Department of Justice came to an end and my time for partisan action at the Democratic National Committee began. It’s time we turn off the cruise control and get into gear.
