In Jacobson Lawyers Group's second huge win in two days, the DC Circuit just denied OMB's request to stay the injunction secured by @protectdemocracy.org requiring OMB to publicly post its apportionments. Unanimous decision, with a lengthy concurrence from Judge Henderson. Link coming soon.

JUST IN: A federal judge in Rhode Island has barred the Trump administration from imposing new conditions on grants for domestic violence programs stemming from Trump’s “gender ideology” order, saying they’re arbitrary and could impede services.

Very proud to have just filed this Supreme Court amicus brief on behalf of the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD). The brief explains why the federal government is wrong that grantees must proceed in the Court of Federal Claims to challenge the termination of their grants.
