I would strongly recommend against trusting the theorems: 1, the connection to the theory is vague and unsatisfactory (johncarlosbaez.wordpress.com/2020/02/10/t...); 2, the Johnson–Lindenstrauss lemma places hard limits; 3, all of this presupposes perfect precision, which is a very poor assumption
