All Presidents have the authority to cancel out the previous President’s Executive Orders (unless Congress has established those into laws).

If this is true, then the shooter’s visa did NOT expire until TWO MONTHS AGO, when Trump was President, so the Trump Administration FAILED to deport this illegal immigrant!
