Sometimes on a good day I sit and think, mostly I just sit.
They aren't gonna buy an injured player, so why did JP's team push forward with this?

Why do they make these approaches so late? If they are real that is. Pointless, they won't happen and don't give me this value bollocks, cos the latter you leave it the higher the price unless they really want to sell. It's all a charade IMO.

Watched the game and the 2nd half was very disappointing. For the God knows how many times this season or decision making and execution in the final third were awful. Desperately need a dribbler that OG will actually use, cos we can't play against a low block.

Wow, reading the posts and you'd think we'd lost 4-0 to 10 men. The entitlement and bitterness is rife amongst our fans. Fans 😂😂😂
Owners have let the club down and I'd say the manager, not the players.

Good luck to JP. I ain't gonna join in with any abuse sent his way. A massive part of our history now and a really big character for the club. Up to the owners now to prove him and OG wrong and show that we do actually have some ambitions.

Season restarts next weekend. We have to make it count. No excuses from the owners, you either want a successful team or you don't. So far the latter seems to be our default position. Prove me wrong.

I'll take that, even against 10 men.

At my Granddaughters Birthday party with a load of screaming 6 year olds, so haven't seen a thing. Not confident, even against 10 men.

Same again today I think. We will be solid and competitive for 65 minutes, maybe even take the lead, but we will lose it 2-1 in the end as we tire.

R.I.P Catherine O'Hara. Sad news, adored her in Schitt's Creek, a superb comedy.

#fifa official have admitted that you can buy a ticket, book a flight, hotel, and risk not being allowed in the USA, dependent on trumps relationship with your country at that moment.

Why would anyone book a game if that is the case. Just move the games to Mexico and Canada.

So it seems that even with a blow job from Gianni and a Nobel Peace Prize participation medal, FIFA are finding out they are at the mercy of a Dementia ridden Orange Piece of Shit. Appeasement never works. When are people gonna understand that?
R.I.P World Cup.

I remember centuries ago being underwhelmed by the signing of Iain Dowie & he turned out to be really good but for us & far better than I expected. Obviously we didn't get to watch all the games then so you only saw them on highlights and when you played against them. Thing is there's no guarantees

I thought Oscar Bobb was injured and that stopped us buying him. Another ITK lie?

It's back to being #cpfc after a glorious year. We're now back to finding ways to lose games after a year of finding ways to win. Yet again were well worth something until we gifted them 2 goals. Yet again we missed good chances and failed to make good chances from promising attacks. Self inflicted

People will turn on JP and OG if the results are bad, so we'd better do well if they ain't going anywhere right now.
January 22, 2026 at 5:22 PM
If he goes, good luck to JP. Slow start to his #cpfc career, due to a certain manager, then we got to see the real JP cos of a different manager and now it's time to move on. Always loved the guy and don't begrudge him getting a big move.

Good luck to Marc Guéhi. Probably our best ever.
Thanks for everything.

It's so bloody frustrating and all for the want of , I think, just 2 extra players, this season. This run has seen us play well for 60-65 minutes of every game(bar one) then completely run out of legs and fade horribly. OG not using subs is wrong IMO, but injuries & Afcon have really hurt us. #cpfc

Great thread and well argued by everyone.
It’s laughable that people are digging out Glasner in this

Find one point he’s made in the last 26 hours which is wrong.

Bloody Austrians are a pain in the arse. First Hitler, then Fritzl now Glasner......

I am half Austrian by the way.

Seen the full interview. This has been months in the making. I agree, we are competing just to not get relegated. I agree we didn't buy cover for injuries & the squad is too small. I don't agree that he couldn't give them any help today. If they're not good enough, why are they on the bench?
